About Organization

Community Organizations provide and excellent online communication system for community associations and organizations; whether registered or unregistered and whether professional, service or based on a common interest. This service is equipped with all features and tools that make management of an organization’s proceedings and affairs easy and highly efficient. 

Following are some of the main features of the system: 

1. An organization gets login ID and password independent of the individual Connexions ID of the person who registers it at Connexions. It ensures organization’s perpetual existence. The out going leadership can conveniently hand over organization’s affairs to the incoming leadership.
    

2. Membership of an organization is always subject to approval of the organization.
    

3. Logging in with an organization’s Connexions ID takes directly to its Control panel that is highly user friendly and provides efficient tools to conduct an organization’s usual business.
    

4. An organization can appoint or change the appointment of:
    

1. Chairperson; President or Ameer.

2. Secretary or Secretary General.

3. Treasurer or Finance Secretary.
    

5. An organization has four separate message boards:
    

1. Chairperson’s Message Board.

2. Secretary’s Message Board.

3. Treasurer’s Message Board.

4. Members’ Message Board.
    

6. Messages can be posted on the first three message boards by The Chairperson; The Secretary; or The Treasurer respectively. However, any member of the organization can post message on The Members’ Message Board.
    

7. An organization can start any number of discussion topics and all members can take part in the discussions. Any member can suggest a discussion topic and the organization can also start a discussion on its own.
    

8. In addition to discussion topics, an organization can take members’ opinion on any question or issue by means of Poll. There can be any number of Polls at the same time for different questions / issues. The members can vote as well as view ‘to the second’ Poll results.
    

9. In addition to the above mentioned message boards, an organization can publish:
    

1. Organization News.

2. Organization Events.
    

10.  An organization retains complete control over what part of its record it wants to make accessible to the non-members and visitors and what part it wants to be for members only.
